课程改革是一项复杂而细致的系统工程。如果教师的教学观念不更新,教学方式不改变,课堂改革将流于形式,事倍功半,甚至徒劳无功。开放式教学的过程是动态的,因时、因人发生变化,这就要求每一位教师进行课堂教学设计时,要充分了解学生,充分考虑课堂的主要环节出现的意外情况,做到一举多备,灵活实施教学设计,充分凸现学生的主体性,张扬学生的个性,真正实现“不同的人在语文课堂上会得到不同的发展。”
