目的:研究参附注射液对失血性休克犬血流动力学的作用。方法:采用股动脉放血法建立犬失血性休克模型。造模成功后,静脉滴注相当于失血量的相应药液。测定各组造模前后、给药后5,10,20,30,60,90 min时血流动力学指标。结果:参附注射液对失血性休克犬有升高动脉血压、左室内压、左室等容期压力最大变化速率,降低心率、左室舒张末期压的作用。结论:参附注射液对失血性休克犬血流动力学有良好改善作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Shenfu injection on hemodynamics in hemorrhagic shock dogs. Methods: The model of hemorrhagic shock in dogs was established by femoral artery bleeding. After the success of modeling, the equivalent of blood loss corresponding intravenous infusion liquid. The hemodynamics of each group before and after modeling, 5,10,20,30,60,90 min after administration were measured. Results: Shenfu injection could increase the maximal rate of change of arterial pressure, left ventricular pressure, left ventricular isovolt pressure, decrease heart rate and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure in hemorrhagic shock dogs. Conclusion: Shenfu injection has a good effect on hemodynamics in hemorrhagic shock dogs.
