湖南省系统工程学会自1981年11月成立以来,在湖南省委和省政府的关怀下,在省科协直接领导和全省各界科技人员的大力支持下,学会组织了多次学术交流,进行了农业系统工程实践,组织并成立了咨询服务委员会,开展了科技咨询服务等工作,从而在省内较广泛地宣传和普及了系统工程知识。而且《株洲冶炼厂、株洲化工厂联合治理铅锌烟气方案的决策分析》、《长沙市公共交通优化》、《湘潭钢铁厂技术改造》和《浏阳县经济振兴规划及山区开发研究》等四项咨询服务工作,均取得了较好的成绩,受到咨询单位、省政府和有关部门的较好评价,为解决湖南省国民经济和社会发展等问题发
