根据白龙江上游白云水文站1965—2010年46a的月年实测径流资料,用径流的年际变化、年内各月占年径流的百分比、年内不均匀系数、集中度以及变化幅度等不同指标,分析研究了白龙江上游径流年际变化和年内分配的规律.研究表明:白龙江上游年径流量受气候变化和流域天保工程的实施,年际变化趋势逐步减小,径流重心位置基本未发生变化,径流年内分配过程渐趋均匀.白龙江上游源区天然林保护工程实施后,区域内植被的恢复提高了水源涵养能力,使汛期径流占年总量的比减少,非汛期径流量占年总量的比有所增大.
