Objective To investigate the effect of nourishing blood and regulating menstruation combined with TAC regimen (docetaxel + doxorubicin + cyclophosphamide) in the treatment of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods Ninety-nine patients undergoing TAC regimen chemotherapy for breast cancer were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods: 44 in the treatment group were treated with TAC regimen combined with nourishing blood and regulating menstruation, 57 in the control group were treated with TAC regimen and 4 in treatment group Observed after the cycle effect. The results improve the quality of life of patients effective: the treatment group was 95.2%, 56.1% in the control group. The total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement was 92.9% in the treatment group and 61.4% in the control group. The incidence of chemotherapy toxicity: the treatment group was 9.5% in the control group was 78.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of chemotherapy and chemotherapy toxicity (all P <0.05). The 3-year survival rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 86.0% in the control group. The 3-year recurrence rate was 4.8% in the treatment group and 24.6% in the control group. There was significant difference in 3-year survival rate and 3-year recurrence rate between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Nourishing blood and regulating menstruation combined with chemotherapy for breast cancer can improve clinical symptoms, reduce chemotherapy side effects, improve patient quality of life, reduce the recurrence rate and prolong the survival of patients.
