课堂包括教师、学生、教室环境和教学材料等物质组成要素,这些要素直接影响着教与学的行为。然而,在这些影响教学行为的硬件的背后,又隐藏着什么呢?教学理念、教学方法、教学策略、教学风格、教学经验……这些因素真正决定着教学行为的发生和转化。我们开设“透视课堂”这一栏目,旨在通过对课堂各组成要素的分析和判断,挖掘教学行为背后所蕴藏的丰富的软资源,发现问题,揭示规律,使教师意识到自己的教学经验、生活经验会对教学行为产生深远的影响,从而帮助教师理解当前课程改革的精髓。我们将邀请有着丰富经验的资深教研员和特级教师,就课堂教学行为中一些共性问题撰文进行分析、透视,并提供理论对策和实际操作层面上的指导。欢迎广大教研工作者和教师积极参与交流并赐稿。
The classroom includes material components such as teachers, students, classroom environment and teaching materials, which directly affect the teaching and learning behavior. However, what are hidden behind these hardwares that affect teaching behavior? Teaching philosophy, teaching methods, teaching strategies, teaching style, teaching experience ...... These factors really determine the occurrence and transformation of teaching behavior. We set up the “Perspective Classroom” section, which aims to discover the problems and reveal the laws through the analysis and judgment of each component of the classroom, to find out the rich soft resources behind the teaching behaviors, to make teachers aware of their own teaching experience, Life experience can have far-reaching effects on teaching behavior, helping teachers understand the essence of current curriculum reform. We will invite senior experienced senior researcher and senior teacher to analyze and perspective some common problems in classroom teaching, and provide theoretical countermeasures and practical guidance.
