小学数学一体化评价,是建构“目标、教学、评价、管 理”四个系列的重要组成部分。科学的评价对于规范目 标、优化教学、目标管理,形成一体化结构,实现良性运 行,求得教育的最佳整体效益起着积极的促进作用。 长期以来,由于“应试”的困扰,教育行政部门,学校 及教师,只注重学生考试成绩的评价,而忽视对教学和管 理的全面评价。因而对教学与管理状况缺乏中肯的分析 和正确的评判,在一定程度上影响了小学数学教学质量 的提高。在一体化实验中,我们以课堂教学评价的研究与 实施为突破口,带动其它方面评价的研究,使评价的研究 逐步深入,促进整个实验的发展,收到了较好的效果。 小学数学一体化评价的内容包括:学生学业成绩评 价,学生学习成就的综合评价,课堂教学评价,教师教学 工作质量评价,数学教学工作管理评价等。以下重点对课 堂教学及教师工作质量评价进行阐述。
The primary school mathematics integration evaluation is an important part of constructing the four series of “goal, teaching, evaluation and management”. The evaluation of science plays an active role in promoting the best overall benefits of standardizing objectives, optimizing teaching, managing objectives, forming an integrated structure, achieving benign operations and obtaining education. For a long time, due to the “examination-oriented” troubles, the education administration, schools and teachers only pay attention to the evaluation of students' test scores, while ignoring the overall evaluation of teaching and management. Therefore, the lack of pertinent analysis and correct judgments on teaching and management conditions have, to a certain extent, affected the improvement of primary school mathematics teaching quality. In the integration experiment, we take the classroom teaching evaluation research and implementation as a breakthrough point to drive the evaluation of other aspects of research, the evaluation of the research and further in-depth, and promote the development of the experiment, received good results. The content of primary school mathematics integration evaluation includes: evaluation of academic achievement of students, comprehensive evaluation of students 'learning achievements, evaluation of classroom teaching, evaluation of teachers' teaching quality, management evaluation of mathematics teaching work. The following focuses on classroom teaching and teacher quality evaluation described.
