本研究以N市保育员为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对N市保育员职业认同现状进行调查。结果显示,N市保育员职业认同总体水平较高,处于中上水平,各维度认同水平不均衡;保育员职业认同受多种因素的影响。为提高保育员职业认同感,应加强保育员职业发展的支持与管理,为其提供必要的外部支持;同时保育员自身也应正确认识职业特征,激发自身职业情感,坚定职业意志。
In this study, nursery staff in N city as the research object, the use of questionnaires, interviews and other research methods to investigate the status quo of N city nursery careers. The results show that the overall level of occupational identification of nurses in N city is relatively high, at the upper and middle level, and the levels of identity recognition in all dimensions are not balanced. The occupational identification of nursery students is influenced by many factors. In order to improve the professional identity of nursery school, the support and management of nursery school should be strengthened to provide the necessary external support. At the same time, the nursery school should also correctly understand the characteristics of the profession, stimulate their professional sentiment, and strengthen their professional will.
