现如今,高职教育越来越受到国家及社会的重视,很多高中毕业生、中职毕业生会选择高职教育。对于“3+2”模式来说,主要是“3年+2年”教育制度,实现中职、高职衔接,在实际应用中取得了巨大成效。但在“3+2”模式实施中,由于中职毕业生素质参差不齐,两级院校管理存在诸多有待完善的问题,没有发挥“3+2”模式的应有作用。本文重点以“3+2”模式教育管理问题作为出发点,进而提出相应的解决策略。
Nowadays, higher vocational education is getting more and more attention from the state and society. Many high school graduates and secondary vocational graduates will choose higher vocational education. For the “3 + 2” mode, it is mainly the education system of “3 years + 2 years” that achieves the convergence of secondary and vocational education and has achieved tremendous results in practical application. However, in the implementation of the “3 + 2 ” model, due to the uneven quality of graduates in secondary vocational schools, there are many problems to be solved in the management of the two levels of colleges and universities, and the “3 + 2” mode has not played its due role. This paper focuses on the “3 +2 ” model of education and management as a starting point, and then put forward corresponding solutions.
