组织与员工的行为关系“黑箱”一直是组织关注的重要问题,在综述国内外学者对组织和员工的行为关系做出众多不同的研究基础上,文章对组织与员工的行为关系决策处理分别进行了同步和分步博弈分析。对3种博弈机制的研究表明,组织和员工的决策能力和决策可信是双方博弈关系正常运行的前提条件,在保证得到决策自由度的前提下,组织应当依据工作属性,调整工作激励系数,实现组织效益与员工利益的共赢状态。
