本文描述了浙江省1994~1995年间发生的25起痢疾暴发疫情。发现88.0%的暴发追溯到水,其中59.10%为乡、村办的小型自来水厂;已查明传染来源的18起暴发均由病人衣裤或便具直接入河清洗、污染水源所引起;68%的暴发点,流行过程呈现“双峰”或“多峰”型。指出这些问题是本省痢疾发病回升的重要原因。此外,还讨论了自然因素变化(干旱)对痢疾发病的影响及防治对策等问题。
This article describes 25 cases of dysentery outbreaks in Zhejiang Province from 1994 to 1995.
