34例肺结核经纤支镜帽检的阳性率为19％,肺灌注液TB－PCR检测阳性率为823％,而镜下见有明显局部病变者的灌洗液Th－PCR检测阳性率达87.5％,说明纤支镜镜检加刷检加灌洗液TB－PCR检测方法可显著提高肺结核(尤其是痰菌阴性者)的确诊率．
The positive rate of pulmonary tuberculosis by fiberoptic cap was 19%. The positive rate of TB-PCR in lung perfusion fluid was 823%. The positive rate of Th-PCR in the lavage fluid of patients with obvious local lesion was 87.5 %, Indicating that bronchoscopy plus brushing plus perfusion fluid TB-PCR test method can significantly improve the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (especially sputum negative) were confirmed.
