In this paper, we modified the bGH gene and transplanted it into mice by using transgenic technology. The purpose of this article is to obtain a large mouse. On the contrary, the transgenic mice are only half the size of normal mice, But other aspects of the miniature mice are normal. The authors believe that the use of this method can clarify the mechanism of growth process, and even can be used clinically to treat gigantism. It is known that implantation of normal bGH gene into mouse cells produces more GH, resulting in twice the normal size of the mouse.
