目的:比较不同产地生制狗脊中总酚酸含量。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法计算不同产地生制狗脊中总酚酸的含量。结果:不同产地生狗脊中总酚酸质量分数3.72%~6.16%,制狗脊中总酚酸质量分数3.09%~5.09%。结论:不同产地狗脊中总酚酸的含量存在一定差异,狗脊经炮制后总酚酸的含量降低。
Objective: To compare the content of total phenolic acids in the dog’s ridge of different producing areas. Methods: The content of total phenolic acids in dog ridges of different producing areas was calculated by UV - Vis spectrophotometry. Results: The content of total phenolic acids in different regions of origin was 3.72% ~ 6.16%, and the total phenolic acids content in dog ridges was 3.09% ~ 5.09%. Conclusion: The content of total phenolic acids in dog ridges of different habitats is different. The content of total phenolic acids in dog ridges decreased after processing.
