患者郑某,女性,76岁,2001年8月13日其左手前臂内侧被自养家猫前爪抓伤2处,每处伤口约0.3cm×0.3cm。3h后左膝关节上方又被这只家猫咬伤,伤口约为0.5cm×0.5cm,同时该侧膝关节左右两侧也被抓伤。伤口各约为0.3cm×0.3cm。咬伤30min后到当地私人诊所就诊,伤口挤出血液后,用75％酒精棉球消毒处理,次日接种浓缩人用狂犬病疫苗1剂,由于经济困难,未进行全程接种。9月1日该患者出现畏寒、发热、头痛、呕吐、腹泻和尿潴留等症状,9月2日到当地医院就诊,初步诊断为感冒,给予输液后回家。由于治疗后症状未
