在中职英语课程中,评价是非常重要的组成部分,对学生的发展,发挥着积极的促进作用。中职英语课程评价需要有多样化的评价方式,体现评价主体的多元性,评价应关注学生的学习效果和综合语言运用能力。但一直以来,受应试教育和传统课程评价理论的影响,中职英语教学评价对终结性评价过于重视。新课改下,教师应积极转变观念,对学生由终结性评价,转变为形成性评价。有机的结合终结性评价和形成性评价,既关注过程,又关注结果,通过多元化评价体系的构建,促进学生的终身发展。本文以我酒店管理专业为例,设计了英语教学评价实施方案,旨在促进中职生发展。
In secondary vocational English courses, evaluation is a very important part of the development of students play a positive role in promoting. Vocational English curriculum evaluation requires a variety of evaluation methods, reflecting the diversity of the main evaluation, evaluation should focus on students’ learning effectiveness and ability to use a comprehensive language. However, all along, under the influence of exam-oriented education and traditional curriculum evaluation theory, the evaluation of secondary vocational English teaching places too much emphasis on the final evaluation. Under the new curriculum reform, teachers should change their concepts actively and change the students’ assessment from the terminal to the formative assessment. The organic combination of terminal evaluation and formative evaluation not only focuses on the process but also focuses on the results. Through the construction of a diversified evaluation system, students’ lifelong development can be promoted. In this paper, my hotel management professional, for example, designed the implementation of English teaching evaluation program aimed at promoting the development of secondary vocational students.
