目的了解卫生职业学校学生的心理健康状况,为有效开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用SCL-90自评量表及自编学生现状调查表,针对卫生学校2007级1 294名新生进行测试。结果具有心理问题的学生占30%;女生恐怖因子得分明显高于男生;非独生子女的强迫、抑郁、精神病性因子分高于独生子女;家庭环境不和谐的学生躯体化因子得分明显高于家庭环境和谐的学生;留守学生各因子得分均高于非留守学生。结论应加强卫生高等职业学校学生心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the mental health status of students in health vocational schools and provide the basis for effective mental health education. Methods SCL-90 self-rating scale and self-compiled status quo questionnaire were used to test 1 294 freshmen at 2007 level of health school. Results Psychological problems accounted for 30% of the students. The terrorist scores of the girls were significantly higher than those of the boys. The scores of forced, depressed and psychotic factors of non-only children were higher than those of the only children. The scores of somatization factors of students with family environment were significantly higher than those of the families Environmentally Harmonious Students; Left-behind students score higher than non-left-behind students. Conclusions Psychological health education should be strengthened for students in higher vocational schools.
