拟在江苏金坛深部盐岩地层中开展战略能源储备建设工作。地层的力学特性是开展造腔方案设计、稳定性评价等的基础。基于此,针对所取层状盐岩系统开展了单轴、三轴、直剪和劈裂试验。通过试验研究表明:(1)金坛盐岩属于典型软岩,单轴仍以脆性劈裂为主,三轴压缩下强度大大提高,塑性变形能力大大增强,适合储气库的变形要求;(2)夹层的存在提高了盐岩强度,对盐岩具有加紧作用,有利于腔体稳定性;(3)界面的强度与盐岩和夹层相当,不是一个弱面,有利于维持储气库的稳定性和密闭性。研究结果为金坛储气库的建设提供了重要依据。
It is proposed to carry out the strategic energy reserve construction in the deep salt rock formation in Jintan, Jiangsu. The mechanical properties of the stratum are the basis for the design of the cavities and the stability evaluation. Based on this, uniaxial, triaxial, direct shear and splitting tests were carried out on the layered rock salt system. The experimental results show that: (1) The Jintan salt rock belongs to the typical soft rock, the uniaxial still fragile cleavage, the triaxial compression strength greatly increased, the plastic deformation capacity greatly enhanced, suitable for the deformation of the gas reservoir; ( 2) The existence of interlayer increases the strength of salt rock, which has the effect of intensifying salt rock and is conducive to the stability of cavity. (3) The strength of interface is comparable to salt rock and interlayer, not a weak one, Stability and hermeticity. The results provide an important basis for the construction of Jintan gas storage.
