2000年7月4日,由北京化工研究院承担的国家“九五”重点科技攻关项目“锅炉水预膜剂的研制”专题,通过了国家石油和化学工业局科技办组织的专家鉴定验收。该专题合成了性能优秀的缓蚀剂有机膦羧酸HPA以及磺化苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物PSSMA,并以其为主要原料复配制备了锅炉水预膜剂BC-604z。该药剂用于停用锅炉的湿法保护,能够在金属基体表面形成致密的保护膜,经BC-604z水溶液保护的锅炉(停用期间)汽水系统腐蚀率明显降低,完成了
On July 4, 2000, the project entitled “Development of Boiler Water Prefilming Agent”, a key scientific and technological project undertaken by the Beijing Chemical Industry Research Institute, was approved by the experts organized by the Science and Technology Office of the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau. This project synthesizes HPA, a kind of corrosion inhibitor and organophosphonic acid HPA, and sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer PSSMA. The BC-604z boiler water pre-filming agent is prepared by compounding it with its main raw material. The agent is used to disable the wet protection of the boiler, to form a dense protective film on the surface of the metal substrate, and the corrosion rate of the soda system during the BC-604z aqueous solution-protected boiler (during deactivation) is significantly reduced
