为配合浙江省电力公司“三集五大”体系建设,浙江省电力公司培训中心介绍了其在开展“三集五大”培训、实现培训人员和培训内容全覆盖、创新培训方式、彰显培训特色、为浙江省电力公司首批通过国家电网公司“三集五大”综合验收提供有力的智力支持和人员保障等方面的做法和实践。探索了一条为“三集五大”体系建设提供新理念宣贯、新体系学习、新知识培训的有效培训之路,彰显了培训工作的积极作用。
