本文就新型三支点式六轴敞车车体结构的特殊性,着重介绍了建立其强度计算力学模型的研究方法及分析过程;附有其力学模型的约束简图以及载荷处理、载荷工况确定和计算结果分析。最后,详细比较了计算结果与静强度试验结果,证明了该力学模型的正确性和可推广性,伪单元在铁道车辆板、梁偏心连接中应用的正确性。建议铁道部在改进、完善T_(90)型车的基础上,安排研制90t六轴通用敞车。
In this paper, the peculiarity of the new three-point six-axle gondola car body structure is emphasized, and the research method and analysis process of establishing its strength calculation mechanics model are introduced emphatically.
