绩效管理问题是关系员工与公司发展的重要问题,只有通过建立完善的绩效管理机制,才能促进公司管理的科学化与规范化。但在我国,很多企业并不重视绩效管理,或者对绩效管理的认识有偏差,将绩效考核等同于绩效管理。本文以A公司为案例分析对象,结合其目前绩效管理机制现状,对其绩效管理机制所面临的问题展开分析,最后提出了完善A公司绩效管理机制的对策与建议,以对相关企业的绩效管理提供一定的经验指导。
Performance management is an important issue related to the development of employees and the company.
