目的:应用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析甜地丁脂溶性化学成分。方法:采用石油醚提取甜地丁中的脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术对所得的脂溶性成分进行分析。结果:共鉴定出22个成分,占脂溶性成分总量的98.12%。其中含量较高成分为3-异辛氧基丙胺(23.178%),α-脱氢孤挺花宁碱(20.388%),2-甲氧基苯硫酚(11.387%),3-甲基十七烷(9.278%),(Z)-3-十六烯(7.000%)。结论:甜地丁脂溶性成分中含烷、烯、酮、酚、醇、醛、酯类等多种化学成分,具有较高的医药、食品应用价值,分析结果为甜地丁资源的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of sweet diterpenin by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: The liposoluble constituents in sweet dices were extracted with petroleum ether, and the liposoluble constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: A total of 22 ingredients were identified, accounting for 98.12% of the total fat-soluble ingredients. Among them, 3-isoctyloxypropylamine (23.178%), α-dehydroletheninate (20.388%), 2-methoxythiophenol Heptanes (9.278%), (Z) -3-hexadecene (7.000%). CONCLUSION: The soluble components of sweet butterfat contain various chemical components such as alkane, alkene, ketone, phenol, alcohol, aldehyde, ester and so on, and have high value of medicine and food application. The result of the analysis is the further development of sweet potpourri Use to provide a scientific basis.
