本文通过研究选修羽毛球选项课的大学生在教学前后身体形态、生理机能、身体素质各指标变化的结果,表明:羽毛球选项课教学,可提高大学生的胸肌锻炼效果,增大胸围;可提高大学生肺部机能,使肺活量加大;可促进大学生的小臂、手腕肌肉的锻炼效果,提高握力。建议:在羽毛球选项课教学中应加强羽毛球专项理论知识;增加身体素质尤其是耐力和爆发力素质练习;学校应加大羽毛球场地投入力度;加强师资培养和教师业务进修;应将羽毛球选项课延伸到课堂以外,使课内外一体化。
The results show that: Badminton teaching of selective courses can improve the effect of college students’ chest exercises and increase the bust; can improve the lungs of undergraduates Function, so that increased lung capacity; can promote college students arm, wrist muscle exercise, improve grip.
