试验证实,同条件下不同品种的种子发芽力的差异来自发芽势,发芽势是室内和田间幼苗生长快而健壮的基础(未发表)。本试验测定了同条件下不同品种的萌发差异和与发芽势的关系,以求为选育发芽势高的育种材料,和为栽培选用发芽力高的种子提供依据。 1 材料和方法 1989~1992年在本校农场相同条件下种植了山东目前主栽品种(系)26个,随机区组排列,重复4次,小区面积5.4平方米。种子收获后,待自然通过休眠期,用标准法做发芽试验,重复4次,每次100粒,从中选发芽势有代表性的12个材料再测种子萌发(纸床法),重复2次,每次100粒,分别供测吸胀和萌动。种子浸泡后2、5、8、13、18、23、28、33小时各测一次吸胀
