Reduce the Co content, which is Fe-Cr-Co permanent magnet alloy developed an important trend recently. Its significance is not only to save the metal Co, but also effectively promote the development of the alloy. The (BH) max value of 15% Co alloy reached 6.5 MGOe, compared to 5.0 MGOe for the alloy containing 23% Co before. Adding suitable alloying elements makes it possible to suppress the formation of harmful gamma and sigma phases, resulting in an alloy with only a single alpha phase, which is important for improving process and magnetic properties. In order to carry out research work in this area, we tested the alloys with different Cr and Co contents and added different elements. In our work, we have reported several alloys with Co content of 12-15% with (BH) max reaching 6.5-7.30 MGOe. Iwata has also reported alloys containing 12% Co at work, with a (BH) max value of 7.20M
