近些年,随着国家对环境保护力度的加强以及其他能源价格的波动,天然气在我国工业及普通生活中的需求持续较高的增长态势,而由于我国资源分布的不均衡,“西气东输”工程等一批资源输送工程应运而生。又由于我国国土面积幅员辽阔,天然气在输送过程中,难免出现天然气管道腐蚀的事故,因此,研究天然气管道防腐,有利于天然气平稳输送,具有重大现实意义,也是保证天然气管道安全运行的重要手段。通过对土壤以及大气环境下天然气管道腐蚀原理进行分析讨论,得出了形成管道腐蚀的根本影响因素。针对具体影响天然气腐蚀的不同影响因素,分别分析其防护对策,并根据重点腐蚀因素,提出了有针对性的解决方案。为同行们进行下步研究分析,提供一些参考依据。
In recent years, with the strengthening of environmental protection and the fluctuation of other energy prices, the demand for natural gas in China’s industrial and ordinary life continues to grow at a relatively high rate. Due to the unbalanced distribution of resources in China, East Transportation "project and a number of resource delivery projects came into being. In addition, due to the vast land area of our country and natural gas pipeline transportation, inevitable natural gas pipeline corrosion accidents will inevitably occur. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study natural gas pipeline anticorrosive and facilitate natural gas transport smoothly. It is also an important means to ensure the safe operation of natural gas pipeline. By analyzing and discussing the corrosion principle of natural gas pipeline in soil and atmospheric environment, the fundamental influencing factors of pipeline corrosion are obtained. According to the different influencing factors which affect the natural gas corrosion, the countermeasures are analyzed respectively. According to the key corrosive factors, some solutions are put forward. To colleagues for the next step of research and analysis, to provide some reference.
