介绍了一种由π-共轭聚合物聚对苯撑亚乙烯均匀掺杂的块状二氧化硅玻璃复合材料。在实验中,我们采用溶胶-凝胶技术(即Sol-gel技术)制备二氧化硅玻璃,并用Wessling法制备出可溶于普通有机溶剂的聚对苯撑亚乙烯(PPV)的预聚物。将制备得到的玻璃溶胶与PPV的预聚物均匀混合,通过凝胶、挥发、加热等过程得到了聚对苯撑亚乙烯-玻璃块状复合材料,并在复合材料中添加有机玻璃使复合材料的加工性能得到大幅提高,从而获得具有良好光学品质的块状复合材料。我们运用STM、UV及IR对此复合材料进行物理表征。
A kind of bulk silica glass composite doped with poly (p-phenylene vinylene) by π-conjugated polymer is introduced. In the experiment, we prepared silica glass by sol-gel technique (ie, Sol-gel technique) and prepared prepolymers of poly (p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV), which can be dissolved in ordinary organic solvents by Wessling method.
