企业是人才的需求方,职业院校是人才的供给方,为了实现人才培养与市场需求的匹配,职业院校在制定课程标准时应以行业企业岗位标准为依据,即“标准对接”。同时,在设计中高职衔接课程体系时,应遵循中高职阶段人才培养的层次性,渐进式开发学生职业能力和素养。本文以苏外院采购与供应管理专业(3+3)项目为例,探讨中高职衔接课程进行“标准对接”和“能力开发”的方法。
Enterprises are the demand side of talents, and vocational colleges are the suppliers of talent. In order to match the training of talents with the market demand, the vocational colleges should base their standards on the positions of industry enterprises in the formulation of curriculum standards, that is, “standard docking”. At the same time, in the design of higher vocational education system, we should follow the level of personnel training in the middle and high vocational education, and gradually develop students’ professional ability and accomplishment. This article takes the case of the project of purchasing and supply management (3 + 3) in the academy of foreign sciences as an example to discuss how to carry out “standard docking” and “ability development” in the course of joining higher vocational education.
