建立了一种采用子实体喷药、培养料拌药,在不同时期采集样品、提取和净化的方法,以分析吡虫啉在榆黄蘑、平菇及其培养料中的残留量。结果表明,在榆黄蘑和平菇及其培养料中的吡虫啉,其降解过程均符合一级动力学方程,在平菇、榆黄蘑和其培养料中,吡虫啉半衰期分别为3.8 d、3.1 d和14.0 d。在收获时期,平菇、榆黄蘑及其培养料中的吡虫啉残留量近似于美国规定的吡虫啉在野生蘑菇农药残留限量(maximum residue limit,MRL)0.02 mg·kg~(-1)。表明试验建立的方法准确可靠,为在平菇和榆黄蘑上制定MRL值提供了科学依据。
A method was established to spray pesticides, cultivate materials and mix samples at different times to collect and purify the samples. The residues of imidacloprid in Pleurotus citrinopileatus, Pleurotus ostreatus and its culture medium were analyzed. The results showed that the degradation process of imidacloprid in Pleurotus ostreatus and its culture medium was in accordance with the first-order kinetic equation. The half-lives of imidacloprid in Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus citrinopileatus and their culture medium were 3.8 d and 3.1 d, respectively And 14.0 d. During the harvesting period, the residues of imidacloprid in Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus citrinopileatus and its culture medium were similar to the limit of 0.02 mg · kg -1 MRL of imidacloprid prescribed by the United States. The results showed that the established method was accurate and reliable, which provided a scientific basis for formulating MRL values of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus.
