尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)是以性接触为主要传播方式的疾病,也可通过患者的污染物间接感染,1975年被WHO归类于性传播疾病(STD)。本病好发于阴茎、女阴及肛周等覆盖有鳞状上皮的粘膜和皮肤湿润部位。病原体为人类乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)。多数学者认为CA主要为HPV6、11、16、18型引起,其中后两型又与宫颈癌关系密切。当今世界各国CA发病率急剧增长。Gorg报道在美国CA占所有STD的10.4%。我国近年来CA的发病
Condyloma acuminatum (CA) is a disease characterized by sexual contact as the main mode of transmission and is also indirectly infected by the patient’s contaminants. It was classified as a sexually transmitted disease (STD) by WHO in 1975. The disease occurs in the penis, vulva and perianal covered with squamous mucosa and moist skin. The pathogen is human papilloma virus (HPV). Most scholars believe that CA is mainly caused by HPV6, 11, 16 and 18 types, of which the latter two types are closely related to cervical cancer.
