1985年11月9日上午,北京市教育学院教研部化学教研室为北京市中学化学教师组织了一次题为“北京市中学化学教学改革情况汇报”的报告会,这次报告由黄儒兰老师主讲。报告从时代的需要及我国目前中学化学教育的现状出发,阐述了教育改革的必要性。报告指出要在抓双接的同时抓学生能力的培养,要采取形式教育(现代教育)和实质教育(传统教育)相结合的方式,实现教学过程的四个转移(教育思想上从“重教”转向“重学”,备课上从“备教”转向“备教与学并重”,方法上从“传授知识为主”转向“讲授与培养能力并重”,
On the morning of November 9, 1985, the Chemistry Teaching and Research Section of the Teaching and Research Department of the Beijing Municipal Education Institute organized a report meeting entitled “Report on the Reform of Chemistry Teaching in Middle Schools in Beijing” for the Beijing middle school chemistry teacher. This report was given by Mr. Huang Rulan. The report set out from the needs of the times and the current status of China’s current middle school chemistry education, and elaborated the necessity of education reform. The report pointed out that in order to grasp the ability of students while grasping the double access, we must take the form of a combination of formal education (modern education) and physical education (traditional education) to achieve four shifts in the teaching process (Education thinking from the “re-education ”Turning to “re-learning” and preparing for lessons from “preparatory education” to “preparing education and learning at the same time,” and shifting from “transmitting knowledge-based” to “stressing both teaching and cultivating skills.”
