胃泌素是胃肠道G细胞分泌的一种多肽激素,对胃肠道粘膜细胞及某些恶性肿瘤细胞有显著促生长作用,这种作用可被其受体拮抗剂L-365260所阻断。本实验用胃泌素-17及其受体拮抗剂L-365260分别或单独对BGC-823细胞系作用72h后,发现胃泌素对细胞p53基因蛋白的表达普遍有促进作用,而L-365260对p53的表达却表现为明显抑制。这一结果提示胃泌素和/或L-365260可能参与了细胞的增殖或转化过程。
Gastrin is a polypeptide hormone secreted by G cells of the gastrointestinal tract and has a significant growth-promoting effect on gastrointestinal mucosa cells and certain malignant tumor cells. This effect can be blocked by its receptor antagonist L-365260. . In this experiment, gastrin-17 and its receptor antagonist L-365260 were applied to BGC-823 cell line for 72 hours respectively, and it was found that gastrin generally promoted the expression of p53 protein in cells, and L-365260 The expression of p53 showed obvious inhibition. This result suggests that gastrin and/or L-365260 may be involved in cell proliferation or transformation.
