介绍了冷轧板材生产过程中的重要工艺设备拉矫机的电气控制原理。在详细分析拉矫机伸长率和张力两种控制模式的基础上,采用前馈控制解决了张力模式下机组升降速时张力的不稳定性和滞后性问题,采用张力设定值的处理解决伸长率模式切换到张力模式时张力的大超调问题。结果表明,该系统运行稳定,具有较高的控制速度和精度。
The electrical control principle of the straightening and straightening machine of the important process equipment in the cold-rolled sheet production process is introduced. Based on the detailed analysis of two control modes of tension and lengthening tension and tension, the feedforward control is adopted to solve the problem of instability and hysteresis of tension when the unit is moving up and down in tension mode. The tension setting is used to solve the problem. Tension overshoot problems when stretching mode is switched to tension mode. The results show that the system is stable and has high control speed and accuracy.
