分析了支架特性与地质条件的关系,提出了一种新的概念模型,即煤壁—液压支架—采空区三基础模型,作为设计液压支架的理论基础。还阐述了两种类型的顶板冒落机理及其对支架支撑力的影响。文章着重叙述了在特定煤层中确定支架合理支撑力的三种方法:(1)根据围岩性质及顶板冒落情况确定;(2)经验类比法;(3)有限元法。最后,提出了支架工作效率的概念,从而保证支架得到最佳利用。
The relationship between the characteristics of support and the geological conditions is analyzed. A new conceptual model is proposed, that is, the three basic models of coal wall - hydraulic support - goaf, as the theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic support. Two types of roof caving mechanism and its influence on the supporting force of the support are also described. The paper mainly describes three methods to determine the reasonable supporting force of support in a particular coal seam: (1) According to the nature of surrounding rock and roof caving; (2) Empirical analogy; (3) Finite element method. Finally, the concept of work efficiency is proposed to ensure the best use of the stent.
