劳动竞赛开展的时间长了,发动的口号叫多了,就会给人一种老调重弹的感觉。劳动竞赛作为社会主义经济特别是国有企业经济的一种较有影响的群众性经济活动方式,随着市场经济的发展和改革的深化,特别是随着所有制结构的变化,它的活动基础和实践空间也在不断发生变化。劳动竞赛所倡导的劳动是建立在一般劳动基础上而又区别于一般劳动的一种创造性劳动,如何突出这个“创”字,去探索一条新的思路,如何适应形势发展,不断去拓宽新的领域和范围?本文试就这个问题,结合我厂实际,浅谈几点体会和认识。1998年我厂开展“新一轮创业”劳动竞赛,全厂职工参加率达80%以上,“双增双节”创效700多万元。主要做法有三点:
