元认知策略是学习者的自我意识和自我调控,是计划、监控和评价。学习者一旦具有了良好的元认知意识,就能根据学习任务对学习过程自主地进行计划和安排,在学习过程中有效地选择学习策略,并不断地对学习策略进行调控和评估,必要时进行修正和调整。本研究提出将元认知策略培训与高职高专英语听力教学英语听力策略培训相结合的设想。该研究表明:基于元认知策略培训的高职高专英语听力教学有助于增强学生的元认知意识,有助于提高学生的听力成绩。
Metacognitive strategy is the learner’s self-awareness and self-regulation, planning, monitoring and evaluation. Once learners have a good metacognitive awareness, they can plan and arrange the learning process autonomously according to their learning tasks. They effectively select learning strategies and constantly adjust and evaluate their learning strategies. If necessary, Make corrections and adjustments. This research proposes the idea of combining metacognitive strategy training with English listening comprehension training in higher vocational college. The research shows that English listening teaching based on metacognitive strategies can help enhance students’ metacognitive awareness and help improve their listening achievement.
