I. INTRODUCTION Low-temperature hot water is ubiquitous in the industry and has a large amount. However, it is still difficult to use it effectively. Most of it is drained, and waste heat is not recovered. At the same time, many companies need to install chillers and consume electricity. If this low-grade waste heat can be fully utilized, it will make sense to improve the energy efficiency of our country. The Capital Steel Company uses the sensible heat of the blast furnace slag to heat the water in the waste slag pool and sends the filtered hot water (80 to 90°C) through a set of filtering device and hot water pump.
