H201化油器是我国第二代化油器产品之一,用于排量在1.5～3L的汽车发动机,被装备492Q汽油发动机的各型汽车广泛采用。常见的H201化油器有BJH201A、BJH201A2、TJ201A、SLH201A、BSH201A、KHH201A2型化油器等。与过去492Q发动机装配的216A16型化油器相比,H201化油器为提高汽车的经济性和动力性,增设了一些附加装置,其结构和工作程序也较复杂。因此,除掌握了解H201化油器的结构、性能和故障检排外,还要熟悉其真空省油器及其它一些机构的调整及维护。
H201 carburetor is one of the second-generation carburetor products in our country. It is widely used in automobile engines with displacement of 1.5-3L and is equipped with 492Q gasoline engine. Common H201 carburetor BJH201A, BJH201A2, TJ201A, SLH201A, BSH201A, KHH201A2 carburetor and so on. Compared with the 216A16 carburetor assembled with the 492Q engine in the past, the H201 carburetor has some additional devices to increase the economy and power of the car. Its structure and working procedures are also complicated. Therefore, in addition to mastering the structure, performance and troubleshooting of the H201 carburetor, familiarize yourself with the adjustment and maintenance of its vacuum fuel economy and other mechanisms.
