应用光学工具技术进行重型机械零件的加工和装配检测,是用光学仪器与被测零件在一定的几何关系位置上建立一条光学基准视线。光学基准视线是一条精确的测量线,由它对有关的点面进行测量。光学工具建立的测量线与传统的测量线相比,具有工件的安装位置不受限制,而且不会下垂和弯曲变形等优点。国外的重型机器制造业中已广泛应用。下面就大型弯板机上下横梁的装配,介绍采用光学工具技术进行检测的方法。
The application of optical tools for heavy machinery parts processing and assembly testing is the use of optical instruments and the measured parts in a certain geometric relationship between the location of the establishment of an optical reference line of sight. The optical reference line of sight is an accurate measurement line by which the relevant point surface is measured. Compared with the traditional measuring line, the measuring line established by the optical tool has the advantages of unlimited installation position of the workpiece and no sagging and bending deformation. Foreign heavy machinery manufacturing industry has been widely used. The following large-scale bending machine up and down the beam assembly, introduced the use of optical tools for testing methods.
