目的 评价18F -FDGPET脑显像对小儿原发性癫痫定性和病灶定位的诊断价值。方法 对 3 2例CT或MRI检查正常的小儿原发性癫痫患者进行18F -FDGPET脑显像 ,2 9例发作间期、3例发作期显像 ,并同步进行EEG检查 ,对两种检查结果进行比较。结果 发作间期 2 9例患者PET显像 2 5例异常 ,发作期 3例患者均异常 ,总阳性率 88% ;EEG检查异常的 2 0例患儿中与PET异常部位完全或基本符合率为 70 %。结论 18F -FDGPET脑显像是诊断小儿原发性癫痫病灶的有效方法 ,灵敏度优于EEG ,但PET所示异常范围并非都是致痫灶 ,尚需与EEG结合分析 ,方能提高其定位准确性
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET imaging in qualitative and focal localization of children with primary epilepsy. Methods Eighteen patients with primary epilepsy in our hospital were enrolled in this study. 18F-FDG PET brain imaging, 29 interictal seizures and 3 seizures were performed. EEG examination was performed simultaneously. Compare. Results In the interictal period, 25 cases were abnormal in PET imaging and 3 cases were abnormal in operation. The total positive rate was 88%. The complete or basic coincidence rate of PET abnormalities in 20 cases with EEG abnormalities was 70%. Conclusions 18F-FDG PET imaging is an effective method for the diagnosis of primary epilepsy in children, and the sensitivity is better than that of EEG. However, the abnormal range shown by PET is not epileptogenic range, but it needs to be combined with EEG to improve its localization accuracy Sex
