应用 Mc Ab- Sandwich- EL ISA(夹心法 )及 Dot- EL ISA(点免疫法 )同步检测了包虫病病人的不同抗原、抗体样品 ,结果表明 Mc Ab夹心法对患者血清、唾液抗原阳性检出率分别为 80 .43%和 6 0 .87% ;点免疫法对血清、唾液抗体检出率为86 .96 %和 78.2 6 % ,均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对抗原、抗体的同步检测结果进行显著性及相关性分析 ,得出血清抗原检测可取代以往的血清抗体检测 ,唾液抗体检测可代替血清抗体进行包虫病的无损伤性免疫诊断。
Simultaneous detection of different antigen and antibody samples from patients with echinococcosis by Mc-Sandwich-EL ISA (sandwich method) and Dot-ELISA (dot immunoassay) results showed that the positive serum and salivary antigen were detected by Mc Ab sandwich method The positive rates of serum and salivary antibodies were 86.96% and 78.2% respectively, all of which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05) The results showed that the detection of serum antigens could replace the previous detection of serum antibodies and the detection of saliva antibodies could replace the serum antibodies in the non-invasive immunodiagnosis of echinococcosis.
