对87例进展期胃癌施R4式手术。结果发现腹主动脉周围淋巴结的转移率为18．4％；转移度为9．2％；有该组淋巴结转移者三年生存率达到43.7％；五年生存率为12．5％。表明进展期胃癌病人施行R4式手术是提高胃癌生存率的有效方法。
87 cases of advanced gastric cancer were treated with R4. The results showed that the metastatic rate of lymph nodes around the abdominal aorta was 18.4%; the degree of metastasis was 9.2%; the three-year survival rate of the group with lymph node metastasis was 43.7%; the five-year survival rate was 12.5%. It is indicated that the implementation of R4 surgery for advanced gastric cancer patients is an effective method to improve the survival rate of gastric cancer.
