本文对Reimer—Tiemann反应产物中香兰素与愈创木酚的气相色谱分析提出了新的色谱条件。采用2.2mm×2m的不锈钢柱,填充3.6%QF—1/102白色硅烷化担体,在汽化温度260—290℃,柱温175℃,检测器(FID)温度220℃,载气(N_2)、O_2及H_2流达分别为17.5,305及12ml/min下,以2.4──二氯苯甲醛为内标物进行内标定量分析。试验结果表明,以该方法分析Reimer-Tiemann反应中的香兰素和愈创木酚具有分析周期短,精密度高,准确度好等特点。
