环氧喷涂钢绞线具有许多的优点,被广泛应用于实际工程中。为了进一步研究无粘结预应力筋的性能,分析比较表面油脂对环氧喷涂钢绞线与水泥砂浆握裹力的影响,本文对5种不同情况下的环氧喷涂钢绞线的张拉强度进行了对比试验。根据研究表明:环氧喷涂钢绞线表面油脂对其水泥砂浆握裹力有一定影响,表面油脂较多的钢绞线握裹力较差,而表面油脂清洗干净的钢绞线握裹力较好,且能提高约10%的标准破断力。因此,在无粘结预应力筋张拉的实际过程中,应该将环氧钢绞线表面油脂清洗干净,以免影响无粘结预应力的张拉性能。
