烟叶发酵是烟厂的一个重要工序,直接影响烟叶质量。目前国内多数烟厂的烟叶发酵仍沿用人工控制方式,只有少数厂家应用仪表监测控制,但仪表监控系统存在下列缺点:1.温度、湿度曲线必须每隔3~6 h人工设定给定值。2.烟包包心温度平均值需要人工定时记录和求取。3.相对温度值必须人工查表换算。在计算机技术飞速发展的基础上,我们研制成功“WZ K烟叶发酵微机过程控制系统。”1.系统功能(1)系统由SC-801单板机和DD Z-Ⅱ型仪表组成。在给定的温度、湿度、时间和升温速率范围内,通过键盘可任意修改工艺参数。
Tobacco leaf fermentation is an important process, a direct impact on tobacco quality. At present, most tobacco factories in China still use artificial control of tobacco fermentation, only a small number of manufacturers monitor the use of instrumentation, but instrumentation monitoring system has the following disadvantages: 1. The temperature and humidity curves must be set manually every 3 ~ 6 h for a given value. 2. The average temperature of the cigarette pack heart temperature needs to be recorded and obtained manually. 3. The relative temperature value must be manually look-up table conversion. Based on the rapid development of computer technology, we have successfully developed “WZK tobacco leaf fermentation microcomputer process control system.” 1. System Function (1) The system consists of SC-801 single board machine and DD Z-Ⅱ instrument. The process parameters can be modified freely by the keyboard at a given temperature, humidity, time and heating rate.
