现代行为主义心理学派认为:一个人的“行为”→(影响、决定)一个人的“习惯”→(影响、决定)一个人的“性格”→(影响、决定)一个人的“一生命运”。中职教育应该怎样向国家和社会输送合格的、有用的人才?笔者认为,当今时代,中职教育不仅仅要为社会输送各种专业人才,更重的是要向社会输送具备高品质、高品德、高可塑性并可以持续发展的人才。因此,针对这一明确的“人才”目标,中职教育应从源头上对学生的“成才”之径进行科学的、合理的、循序渐进的塑造,而这塑造之源就是学生的目标“行为习惯”的养成。
The modern behavioral school of thought believes that a person’s “behavior” → (influence, decide) a person’s “habit” → (influence, decide) a person’s “personality” → (influence, decision) a Human “life destiny ”. Vocational education should be how to deliver qualified and useful personnel to the country and society? I believe that in today’s era, vocational education not only for the community to transport a variety of professionals, more important is to transport to society with high quality, high Character, high plasticity and sustainable development of talent. Therefore, in view of this clear goal of “talent”, secondary vocational education should scientifically, reasonably and step by step form the source of students’ “talent”, and the source of this shaping is the student’s goal “Habitual behavior ” development.
