目的 :观察大强度训练对女子手球运动员骨代谢的影响。方法 :对 1 2名国家队女子手球运动员 4个月大强度阶段训练前后骨密度及相关血清指标进行测定。结果 :(1 )大强度阶段训练后除桡骨BMC值略下降外 ,桡、尺骨BMD和BMC等值略有增高 ,但均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。(2 )大强度阶段训练后血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、骨钙素显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 0 1 ) ,雌二醇显著下降 (P <0 0 1 )。结果提示 ,4个月大强度训练可使女子手球运动员骨代谢活动加强 ,骨密度值的变化还有待于进一步研究
Objective: To observe the effect of intensive training on bone metabolism in female handball athletes. Methods: The bone mineral density (BMD) and related serum indexes of 12 Chinese national handball players before and after training in high strength stage for 4 months were measured. Results: (1) BMD and BMC of radius and ulnar increased slightly after BMD training, except for a slight decrease of BMC in radius, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). (2) Serum alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and osteocalcin significantly increased after high intensity training (P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01) and estradiol significantly decreased (P <0 0 1). The results suggest that, after 4 months of intensive training, the bone metabolism of female handball players can be strengthened. The change of BMD remains to be further studied
