介绍了肖南平先生提出并获得发明专利的一种新型少齿差行星减速器的结构组成,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立此减速器箱体的有限元模型。对箱体各实际受载情况进行静力学分析,得出箱体所受最大应力和变形量的变化曲线,为箱体结构后续结构改进和轻量化设计提供相关分析数据。对箱体进行有限元模态分析,得到箱体固有频率及相应振型,将其与减速器的转频和啮合频率进行对比分析,可确定减速器是否会发生共振现象。对相应振型的分析为减速器结构的优化设计及振动问题提供理论依据。
This paper introduces the structure of a new gearless planetary reducer proposed and obtained by Mr. Xiao Nanping. The finite element model of this gearbox is established by ANSYS Workbench software. The static load analysis is carried out on each case to get the curve of the maximum stress and deformation of the case, which provides relevant analysis data for the subsequent structural improvement and lightweight design of the case structure. Finite element modal analysis of the box body, the natural frequency of the box body and the corresponding vibration mode are obtained, and compared with the frequency and meshing frequency of the gear box to determine whether the resonance of the gear box will occur. The analysis of the corresponding vibration modes provides the theoretical basis for the optimization design and vibration of the reducer structure.
