一、前言聚苯硫醚即聚次苯基硫醚(Poly Pheny-lene Sulfide,缩写为PPS),是六十年代后期发展起来的一种新型热塑性工程塑料。它不仅具有一般工程塑料良好的物理、机械性能,而且具有比较全面的抗化学腐蚀性能,很高的热稳定性,优良的电性能和耐燃自熄性。它与许多金属和非金属材料有很强的粘合性。同时,聚苯硫醚树脂无毒性,有很好的加工性能,可以用涂敷以及一般热塑性塑料的加工方法如压制、注射、挤出等来进行加工。它是一种综合性能比较优良的合成材料。它作为金属防腐涂层及耐热防腐材料,比目前广泛使用的油漆、塑料等为好。
I. Introduction Polyphenylene sulfide polyphenylene sulfide (Poly Pheny-Sulfide, abbreviated as PPS), is a new type of thermoplastic engineering plastic developed in the late 1960s. It not only has the general engineering plastic good physical and mechanical properties, but also has a more comprehensive anti-chemical corrosion resistance, high thermal stability, excellent electrical properties and flame self-extinguishing. It has strong adhesion to many metallic and non-metallic materials. At the same time, polyphenylene sulfide resin is non-toxic and has good processing properties. It can be processed by coating and general thermoplastics processing methods such as pressing, injection, extrusion and the like. It is a synthesis of relatively good performance of synthetic materials. It is as a metal anti-corrosion coating and heat-resistant materials, more widely used than the current paint, plastic and so on.
